Below are some FAQ’s you may find helpful in planning your trip:

Where are you in Daylesford?
balconies lakeside is located at 15 Leggatt Street, Daylesford VIC 3460 - right on the banks of spectacular Lake Daylesford.

Do you have a restaurant on site?
No, but there are some fabulous restaurants, cafes & bars in town, just a short walk or drive away. Daylesford & the surrounding area is really a foodie paradise.

Is there parking at balconies lakeside? –  There is ample on-street parking in Leggatt Street.

What is there to see and do in Daylesford and the surrounding areas? – Fishing, Horse riding, cycling, walking, relaxing, wineries, galleries, shopping, markets, gardens, eating, drinking, bushwalking, boating & paddleboarding on Lake Daylesford (in the summer). Can you recommend any Day Spas? – We have a list of local Day Spas and can provide suggestions and recommendations.

Can I have a massage in my Studio? – Unfortunately not. The Studios aren’t suitable for in-room massage.

What time is check in and check out? – Check in is from 3pm – we have a digital key pad on the main door and you can collect your studio key in the Foyer. Check out is 11am.

Do you have tea and coffee making facilities in the Studios? – Yes, a good selection of traditional, fruit & herb teas is in each Studio together with a coffee machine, coffee pods and fresh milk.

Are there fridges in the Studios? – We have a minibar fridge in each Studio with complimentary mineral water.

Can we cook and/or eat in our Studio? – Each Studio has a microwave and toaster. There's also a dining table and chairs both inside and on the private balcony.

Can I purchase gift vouchers for balconies lakeside? – We offer personalised gift vouchers for 2 night stays which are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 

Do you have any disabled facilities? – There is a small slope & a few steps to get to the Studios from the road. We don’t have any facilities suitable for wheelchair users.

It’s a special occasion – can I arrange to have flowers etc. in my Studio? – We’re happy to order flower arrangements for the Studios – please give us plenty of notice to order these. We can also offer Australian sparkling wine and chocolates at a reasonable price.

Do any of the rooms have views and balconies? – Yes, all Studios have a sunny, covered north facing balcony overlooking Lake Daylesford and beyond to Italian Hill & Cornish Hill – with a table setting for 2 guests.

We have a baby/young child/dog? – Unfortunately balconies lakeside isn’t suitable for babies, children under 15 years of age or for pets.
